Change in the Afghan budget and death of the 8 Afghan children during NATO air raid at eastern Kapisa proivnce are the main motive which led the Afghan House of Representatives to summon the two government officials.

Farhad Azimi Secretary of the Afghan House of Representatives said, the decision was taken after the approval of committee heads and request of more than 50 Afghan parliament members.

In regards to the summon of Afghan Finance Minister Hazrat Omer Zakhilwal, Mr. Azimi said that change in the 1389 state budget, illegal and unlike the house bill payments and unlawful behaviors by Afghan finance minister are the main reasons which led the Afghan parliament members to summon him.
